OUR PROCESS

We strive to make the process of hiring your virtual employee as simple and hassle-free as possible for you. This three-step procedure that we have curated will help you select the best virtual employee for you.

Client Onboarding

In this phase, the clients are guided on the step-by-step process of finding the perfect virtual employee for them. We will determine the client's needs and the duties that will be delegated to their virtual employee for us to properly design a candidate profile that will guarantee that the client gets the best results.

 

We also give the clients a success-oriented road map for onboarding their virtual employees. This will help the clients to organize their training, their technology, and their interactions with their new hires.

Recruitment & Screening

Once the client signs the initial agreement, we will start sourcing candidates for them using the candidate profile that we have designed especially for the client. Candidates will be tested to ensure they have all the skills that are needed for the role. Aside from the candidate's skills, experience and personality, we also do a criminal background check on all candidates to ensure that it is safe to work with them.

 

We will personally select the best candidates for each of the clients. The clients will then receive their profiles, and an interview time will be set. To make sure the interviews go successfully, we will host and lead them. We also provide you with some examples of questions and explain why they are important.

Training & Certification

The client's chosen candidate will train with our team for 40 hours. Our team assesses the candidates and their performance during this period. This will ensure that your virtual employee is prepared to take on your work. This aspect of the program also eliminates non-communicators and underachievers.

 

Once the candidate passes all our assessments, we help the clients review their current technologies to ensure that everything is in place before their virtual employee starts. We also provide options and best practices to help.

OUR PRICING

Our pricing has been curated with both our Clients and the Virtual Employees in mind. We make our pricing as affordable as possible while also making sure that our Virtual Employees get reasonable pay and all the benefits that they need.

We understand that working with a Virtual Employee may not be for everyone which is why clients are given a 90-day no-commitment trial period to identify if working with a Virtual Employee works for them. This fee includes the following:

  • Full-time Virtual Employee Salary

  • US Phone Line

  • Time Tracking Software

  • Dedicated VA Manager

After 90 days, if the client decides to continue working with their Virtual Employee, the virtual employee will be provided with the following as a regular employee:
